Elevating Southern Sophistication
From the floating treads to the striking geometric patterns, there is no shortage of uniqueness in this storybook home - which seems fitting, since the room that packs the biggest punch is the library. Featuring a custom staircase and mezzanine, this two-story space captivates the eye with its dramatic curves and intricate architectural elements, drawing attention to every square inch.
The Library Staircase
The stair gives all the drama with its fully custom iron and brass railing and floating white oak treads. That is just where this story begins, though; when you step underneath, your eye is drawn up to the steel and brass geometric pattern that lines the underside of the mezzanine.
Steel & Glass
Outside of the library, a custom steel and glass door encases the family's bonus rooms and offers a stunning view of the main living space. Designed by the incredible Studio 511 Architects, this Greenville, SC residence is the picture of Southern sophistication.
